FAQ
Does the courier need to install anything?
The courier signs in from their phone by invitation: orders and statuses open in the browser, no app store install needed.
Can I combine my couriers and a delivery service?
Yes: your couriers deliver some orders, and for the rest you call a connected service courier.
Does the customer see where the courier is?
The customer sees the order status — cooking, on the way, delivered; courier locations are visible only to staff in the dashboard.
