Online channels only
Commission applies to orders via the website, apps and social media. Orders entered by your staff are commission-free.
Service fee
Turn on a markup for customers: prices go up by the commission rate, and you receive exactly your price.
FAQ
Is there a setup or subscription fee?
No. Sign-up, website, dashboard and updates are free. You only pay commission on orders, or a fixed monthly amount on the unlimited plan.
How is the commission charged?
From the restaurant balance in the dashboard. Top it up online or by invoice for a company; closing documents are generated in the dashboard.
Does customer money go through the platform?
No. Online payment connects to your YooKassa, and money for orders goes straight to you.
What happens before the contract is signed?
The dashboard and website work in test mode: you can set up and check everything, and take real orders and payments once the contract is signed.
What is the service fee?
A markup on customer prices on the website and in the app by your plan’s rate. The commission for such an order is covered by the markup, not your revenue. Turn it on in settings.
